Day 1 – Arrival at New Delhi

Your trip starts when you arrive in New Delhi. It is the capital city of
India, and thus, the amalgamation of all the cultures, religions,
lifestyles, and so on that are followed around the country. The
historical, religious and cultural heritages tell you the story of
modern India; how it evolved into what it is today. New Delhi gives
you the reflection of the entire country and that’s why any tourist
who visits India must ensure that they visit this city. As soon as you
land here, you’re transferred to a lavish hotel. You can relax if you
wish, or you can go for a mini tour.

Day 2 - Delhi to Uttarkashi

On this day, you travel from New Delhi to Uttarkashi. During the tour, you will make a brief stop at Haridwar, which is a significant
Hindu pilgrimage site, thanks to the numerous temples present
here. Provided that you have time, you could take a look around the town. It takes around 4 hours to reach from Delhi to Haridwar, and another four hours to reach from Haridwar to Uttarkashi.
At Uttarkashi, you will check in at the hotel. The following two days, you will be learning and practicing yoga.

Day 3 and 4 - Yoga Practice at Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi is a beautiful and peaceful city situated in the
Uttarakhand state of India. Because of the environment here,
it is an ideal place to learn about meditation, and practice it. On day 3 and 4, you will follow a strict schedule, which will include visits around the city, meditation session, yoga session, and a brief seminar. Though you’ll be staying at a luxury hotel, every morning you'll be transferred at the yoga and meditation spot, where you’ll practice these activities. Yoga and Meditation activities are sure to rejuvenate your body and soul altogether.

Day 5 - Uttarkashi to Rishikesh

On this day, you will make your way to Rishikesh from Uttarkashi.
The journey is short, only 1 to 1 and half hours long. Quite like
Uttarkashi, Rishikesh is also a city located in the state of
Uttarakhand. As you make your way through the hills of the north
and alongside the rivers. Uttarakhand is one of the most beautiful
states of India, gifted by numerous natural spectacles. You will be
astonished by the beauty of Rishikesh, and the city is situated at the foot of the hills. The city is intersected by the great Ganges river.

Day 6 and 7: Yoga Practice at Rishikesh

Your 6th and 7th day will be quite like your 3rd and 4th day, as you
will follow a strict routine which includes visiting the temples and
other heritages around the city, attending a brief seminar about
yoga and medication, and practicing the activity on two separate
occasions during the day. The setting around the town makes it an
ideal location to practice yoga. Here, you can get close to nature,
and to yourself. To experience the life of the saints, you will spend
around 3 nights and 2 days, i.e. the 6th and 7th ones, in an ashram
at Rishikesh. You’ll love the stay.

Day 8: Rishikesh to Delhi

On this day, you will make your way back to New Delhi. As you get
on the taxi, the journey is about to come to an end. You will cross
Haridwar during the trip, and possibly spend a little time there,
exploring around the town. Few interesting places that you can visit here are Har Ki Pauri, Chandi Devi Temple, Kankhal, and so on. It takes around 1 and a half hours to reach Haridwar from Rishikesh, and around 5 hours to reach New Delhi from Haridwar. After reaching the capital, you have the option to either retire into your beds, or go for a tour around the city.

Day 9: Depart from Delhi

The tour has ended, and this is the day when you depart from Delhi.
Depending on your flight timings, you can take a final tour around
the city. This is also the right opportunity for you to shop for
souvenirs that you can take back home. During your stay in New
Delhi throughout the tour, you can visit significant places of
attractions like Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub
Minar, India Gate, and so on. Without a visit to these places, your
tour in India is not complete. You could cover them either at the
beginning of the trip, or towards the end.
Yoga and Meditation are the activities that are closely associated
with the subcontinent of India. It is believed that the art originated
here, and so, the gurus here have mastered it. Yoga and Meditation
don’t just help you stay physically fit, but also mentally and
spiritually strong. It is for the same reason people from all walks of
life prefer yoga and meditation over other forms of exercise. If
